A fixed price, and the scope that justifies it
Tell us what you need by email or phone. You get a reply from a consultant within one business day, a discovery call that costs nothing, and a proposal with a real number on it — not a range.
How it works
Eight stages, and you can stop at any of them
Nothing is billable until stage four, and nothing is committed until stage six. Most enquiries that do not become projects end at stage two — usually because we told them they did not need one.
Initial enquiry
Same daySend your project details through the form below — what you need, what outcome you are after, and any timing constraints. The more specific you are about what is going wrong, the more useful our first reply will be.
Discovery call
45 minutes · freeA conversation, not a pitch. We ask about the system, the constraints, the commercial reality and who has to approve the spend. Occasionally this call ends with us telling you that you do not need a project, which is a legitimate outcome.
Needs analysis
2–5 daysWe review what you have told us against what we know about systems like yours, and identify the approaches worth considering. For SAP work this is where we ask for access to look at the actual landscape rather than guessing from a description.
Technical scoping
1–2 weeks · paidFor anything substantial, a contained piece of work that examines the real system — existing code, data volumes, integration points, constraints. Produces a technical design document you own. Skipped for small, well-understood jobs.
Tailored proposal
Within a weekDefined scope, fixed price, delivery plan with dates, named technical lead, and an explicit list of what is excluded. No hidden fees and no day-rate ambiguity. If the scope turns out to differ from what you assumed, you learn that here rather than three months in.
Agreement and kick-off
Your timelineContract with the Australian entity, agreed milestones, access and security arrangements confirmed in writing. We also agree the measure of success up front — the number this project is meant to move.
Build and review
Per delivery planDevelopment in two-week increments, each ending with something working that you can see and use. You give feedback while changing your mind is still cheap, rather than at a big-bang reveal.
Delivery and support
OngoingCutover, hypercare, and a handover pack with source code, technical specifications and runbooks. Then an optional support agreement with defined response times — or nothing at all, if you would rather run it yourself.

A quote is not a guess
Anyone who prices SAP work before seeing the system is guessing, and guesses become variations later. For small, well-understood jobs we quote from your description. For anything substantial, we scope first and price second.
The fastest route to a number is telling us as much as you can up front.
Rough guide to cost
A scoped ABAP enhancement or a single interface typically lands in the low five figures.
A custom internal platform usually starts around $40,000.
A full S/4HANA integration workstream is priced per phase. Starting points, not quotes.
Questions
About quoting
What do I get at the end of this?
A written proposal with a defined scope, a fixed price, a delivery plan with dates, and a named technical lead. Not a rate card and not a range — a number you can take to whoever signs off.
How long until I hear back?
A consultant reads your request and replies within one business day, usually with questions or a proposed call time. A full proposal follows the discovery call, and for scoped technical work it typically takes one to two weeks because we look at the actual system first.
Do I have to know my budget?
No. ‘Not sure yet’ is a valid answer and a common one. The band helps us propose something realistic rather than wasting your time on an approach you were never going to fund — but if you genuinely do not know, say so and we will tell you what work like yours usually costs.
Is the quote free?
The discovery call and the resulting proposal cost nothing. Detailed technical scoping — where we examine your SAP landscape, custom code and data volumes to produce a technical design document — is a paid, contained engagement, because it involves real analysis. You own that document outright and can take it to another firm to build.
