What we do
Five practices, one delivery team
SAP is our specialism and our front door. But most clients arrive with a system problem that does not respect service boundaries — an interface that fails, a process nobody has automated, an internal tool built in spreadsheets. We are structured so you do not have to hire three vendors to fix one problem.
SAP Consulting & Integration
ABAP development, S/4HANA migration, and interface design across every pattern SAP supports — built with AIF monitoring and error handling from day one. Our deepest experience, and where most clients start.
Custom Software Development
Platforms, web apps, mobile and APIs built around your workflow
03Automation & Integration
Connect systems that don’t talk. Remove the re-keying
04Design & User Experience
Research, UI systems, prototypes and SAP Fiori interfaces
05Digital Support & Growth
Hosting, patching, monitoring, technical SEO and analytics

Where we sit
The Australian SAP market has a gap in the middle. We are in it.
If you need SAP work done in Australia, you generally have two options and neither is comfortable.
At the top are the global system integrators and the big four. Deep capability, genuine scale, and a commercial model that means a two-week ABAP fix arrives wrapped in a six-week procurement cycle and a rate card built for transformation programs.
At the bottom are the staffing platforms and augmentation shops. Cheap by the hour, but they place individuals rather than deliver outcomes — you carry the integration risk, the knowledge transfer and the accountability yourself.
DivineSoft is the middle. An Australian-registered company on an Australian contract, with a named Brisbane-based lead who owns your outcome — and a delivery team across five locations to scale into. You get local accountability with global capacity, and you are never buying a timesheet.
Years of hands-on SAP ABAP and S/4HANA delivery across Australian enterprise environments.
Peak interface throughput improvement achieved through ABAP optimisation on a production system.
Offices across Australia, the United Kingdom, Canada and India, contracted through the Australian entity.
Mining, logistics, manufacturing, construction, government and retail distribution.
How we work
Four stages, no surprises
Every engagement follows the same shape, whether it is a single interface or a multi-phase S/4HANA workstream. You get a fixed-scope proposal with a fixed price before any build work starts.
Discovery call
45 minutes · freeYou describe the problem. We ask the awkward questions — what have you already tried, what does the current process actually cost you, who has to approve this. No slide deck, no pitch. Sometimes this call ends with us telling you that you do not need a project.
Technical scoping
1–2 weeksWe examine the actual system — your SAP landscape, your existing code, your data volumes, your integration points. You receive a technical design document, a delivery plan with dates, and a fixed price. If the scope is different from what you assumed, you find out here rather than three months in.
Build and test
Per delivery planDevelopment in two-week increments with a working demonstration at the end of each one. Unit testing, integration testing and a formal user acceptance window before anything reaches production. You see progress continuously rather than at a big-bang reveal.
Go-live and support
OngoingCutover, hypercare, and a handover pack containing source code, technical specifications and runbooks. Then an optional AMS agreement with defined response times — or nothing at all, if you would rather run it yourself. Both are fine.
Industries
Built for the way Queensland actually works
SAP is the operational backbone of most of this state’s major industries. We understand the module configurations, compliance obligations and integration patterns that come with each of them.
01Mining & Resources
Plant maintenance and materials management integration, contractor and equipment tracking, high-volume production data flowing into SAP from site systems, and reporting built for regulatory obligations rather than dashboards.
02Logistics & Supply Chain
Warehouse management interfaces, delivery and shipment IDOC processing, carrier and 3PL integration, and the real-time inventory visibility that makes the difference between a promise and a guess.
03Manufacturing
MES to SAP connectivity, production order lifecycle automation, quality management workflows, and bill-of-materials logic that reflects how your plant genuinely operates rather than how the textbook says it should.
04Construction & Infrastructure
Project systems configuration, subcontractor and progress claim workflows, cost tracking against work breakdown structures, and integration with the site and scheduling tools your delivery teams already use.
05Government & Utilities
Procurement and finance interfaces, accessibility-compliant front ends, auditable change control, and documentation standards that survive a formal review rather than merely surviving go-live.
06Retail & Distribution
E-commerce to ERP order flow, pricing and promotion condition logic, multi-channel inventory synchronisation, and returns processing that does not require someone to reconcile it by hand every Monday.
Common questions
Before you get in touch
Do you only work with businesses in Brisbane?
No. Our head office is in Brisbane and we work with clients across Australia. Engagements are led from Brisbane, and your technical lead and point of contact work Australian business hours. Delivery is resourced from our wider team depending on the project — for AMS support that is an advantage, because coverage extends beyond a single timezone. We tell you exactly who is doing what before you sign anything.
How much does a project cost?
It depends entirely on scope, and anyone who quotes you before understanding the problem is guessing. As a rough guide: a scoped ABAP enhancement or a single interface typically sits in the low five figures, a custom internal platform usually starts around $40,000, and a full S/4HANA integration workstream is priced per phase. We give you a fixed-scope proposal with a fixed price before you commit to anything.
Can we start small?
Yes, and we usually recommend it. Most of our longest client relationships started with one contained piece of work — a single interface, a performance investigation, a proof of concept. It lets you see how we work before committing to a larger program, and it lets us understand your environment properly before we design anything.
Who actually does the work?
You meet your technical lead on the discovery call, and that person stays with the engagement. Where a project draws on our wider delivery team, we name who is involved and what they are doing in the proposal — you will never find out after signing that the person you assessed is not the person building it.
What happens to the code and documentation?
You own it. Source code, repository access, technical specifications and handover documentation are yours at the end of every engagement, whether or not you continue working with us. We think vendor lock-in is a bad way to earn repeat business.
Next step
Tell us what is broken. We will tell you what it takes to fix it.
A discovery call is 45 minutes, costs nothing, and produces a straight answer — including when that answer is that you do not need us.
